★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te piden que vayas por tu paquete aunque hayas pagado una mayor cantidad, estoy muy molesta porque de acuerdo al portal mi paquete está con el mensajero para entrega desde antier, llamé ayer y resulta que al cartero "no le dio tiempo" de llegar a mi domicilio y hoy nuevamente estoy en espera. Llamas al 01800 para poner una queja y la persona que te atiende no te lo permite, ¡¿entonces?!
Bad service, they ask you to go for your package even if you have paid a greater amount, I am very upset because according to the portal my package is with the courier for delivery from yesterday, I called yesterday and it turns out that the mailman "did not give him time" to arrive at my home and today I am waiting again. Sería genial que cerraran para comer y abrieran de 4 a 6 o 7...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Son las 8:40 y la oficina todavía está cerrada. Tengo un aviso que me dice que pase por un registrado entre las 8:00 y las 16:00 pero no hay nadie.
Very bad service. It's 8:40 and the office is still closed. I have a notice telling me to stop by a check-in between 8:00 and 16:00 but no one is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al cartero le dio flojera entregar mi paquete y con solo decir que en mi domicilio no me conocían, regresaron mi paquete a USA.
La oficina de correos de desliga de lo ocurrido, cero atención al cliente. Por eso ya nadie utiliza este servicio.
The mailman gave me lazy deliver my package and just say that my home did not know me, returned my package to USA.
The post office detaches what happened, zero customer service. That's why nobody uses this service anymore.
