Terrible service, they do not answer calls, packages take days to be delivered to senders, even though they arrived days before, in the end they do what they want and do not deliver, you have to go to the post office.

En el correo [email protected] tampoco responden!!!!..... PESIMO servicio,llevo exactamente 2 meses 8 dias que mande un paquete a estados unidos y es la fecha que no llega a lugar de destino. Realmente dejan mucho que desear con el servicio y lo peor es que nunca entregaron comprobante de rastreo como se supone que voy a rastrear o reclamar mi paquete.
