★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO!, el peor lugar para recibir y enviar paquetes, el personal a cargo nunca te llama para avisar que ya recibieron tu paquete, porque según ellos , nos les pagan las llamadas para localizarte y avisarte , cuando uno llama por teléfono, el teléfono suele estar descolgado , las veces que llamas y el teléfono funciona, el personal te contestan de mala gana , prácticamente para poder recibir tu paquete debes ir a ventanilla, soportar al personal que igual atiende de mala gana y esperar a que busquen el paquete , que con suerte encuentran y te entregan, porque si esperas a que te entreguen un paquete a domicilio se tardan muchísimo y aveces ni van , suelen no notificar las visitas que hacen ("si es que las hacen") , y así sin mas , sin avisarte, suelen regresar los paquetes sin importarles nada.Que triste que las personas que laboran en este establecimiento no tengan actitud de servicio y amor a su trabajo, espero algún día mejore el servicio, teniendo a personal mas competente y responsable.

How sad that people who work in this establishment do not have an attitude of service and love to their work, I hope someday improve the service, having staff s competent and responsible.

De ahí todo bien me agrada, deberían tener mejor Sistema u atención a la Vista para ahorrar varias dudas que la Gente pueda tener. Pero si preguntas, te las responden sin Problema.
