Very poor service. They do not answer the phone, they do not give a guide number and they take a long time to deliver the packages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los paquetes pequeños no llegan al destino, tengo más de un mes esperando mi paquete que mencionan está en poza rica pero de ahí no se mueve y por más que llamo al número nunca contestan.
Small packages do not reach the destination, I have more than a month waiting for my package that they mention is in Poza Rica but from there it does not move and no matter how much I call the number they never answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servicio regular, una ves me abrieron un paquete de unos tenis y me lo cambiaron por unos zapatos viejos oliendo horrible, con excepcion de esa ves, los paquetes llegan al los dos dias de llegar al establecimiento.
regular service, one time they opened a package of tennis shoes and they exchanged it for some old shoes smelling horrible, except for that time, the packages arrive two days after arriving at the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, envié un paquete desde EE.UU. que debió llegar en no más de 10 días. Estuvo retenido en Poza Rica por más de 4 días, argumentando que el paquete estaba en el puerto de Veracruz, luego que Zamora.
El personal necesita estar más capacitado, y tener mejor actitud de servicio.
Terrible service, I sent a package from the US that should have arrived in no more than 10 days. He was held in Poza Rica for more than 4 days, arguing that the package was in the port of Veracruz, after Zamora.
The staff needs to be more trained, and have a better service attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a paquetería llegan en pesimo estado, al proposito rompen las cajas, se me hace que quieren ver que hay de valor... si quiere mandar por una tal MexPots no hay diferencia, cobran más y siguen llegando rotas las cajas.
As for parcels, they arrive in a very bad state, on purpose they break the boxes, it makes me want to see what is of value ... if you want to send for one such MexPots there is no difference, they charge more and the boxes keep arriving broken.
