Siempre dicen "tu paquete está mal, pero aquí en la esquina hay una papelería dónde venden cajas ahí ya saben de cuáles" aparte desde el Estado hasta CDMX tardo 28 días y llegó todo golpeado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, en ningún momento me exigieron que me forraran mi paquete en la papelería, me pidieron comprar pegamento, papel manila amarillo o papel america, me enseñaron como forrar mi paquete, les ponen sello al paquete por si quieren que les forren su paquete en la papelería, per no hay problema si tu quieres forrar tu paquete, así es que no difamen a las empleadas he llevado 3 paquetes y no he tenido contratiempos y espero seguir llevando mas paquetes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Tienen mucha preferencia, corrupción etc. A sus amiguitas les reciben los paquetes ya empacados y a otras personas como yo nos ponen mil y un trabas para recibirlos y encima de ellos groseras y gritonas, todas las que han estado allí parecer cortadas por la misma tijera.
Si quieres que te traten y reciban bien sin checar que tienen tus paquetes, avientales un bolillo duro y una coca, que con eso se venden y prestan para lo que sea.
Además de sus alianzas con papelerías cercanas y te quieren obligar a ir a que te envuelvan los envíos para llevarse una comisión. Resulta que hasta en las papelerías ya se ponen a exigir sellos y atienden mal. Un asco. Papelería anaxágoras es la principal, eviten ir allí.
Opté por organizarme y mejor ir a bellas artes, ahí si que la gente tiene educación y te tratan como mereces. Estas señoras de nopalera, se ve que odian su vida y su trabajo. Pésimo servicio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No te dejan cerrar tu paquete con diurex y piden que lo cierres con lápiz adhesivo que todos sabemos que se abre con facilidad. Ponen trabas para no trabajar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llegó y primero la señorita me pregunta a dónde lo voy a mandar ¿como por qué? Si en ninguna otra sucursal hacen eso, se manda a donde sea y ya. Después me dice que va forrado con manila sí o sí, ni en la oficina central se ponen en ese plan de pedírtelo forrado. Y aparte de todo con mala cara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caras, caras y más caras siempre que tengo que ir por mi paqueteria, nunca contestan el teléfono y hoy 5 de Mayo vi directamente en el portal si abrían y si lo consulte ayer y hoy y ambas decían q si y al acudir obviamente no estaba abierto así q como ponen que el 10 de mayo abren cierto horario, de igual días festivos etc. Actualices y pongas a otra gente siempre veo y leo ser a del trato al público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio llegue 15 minutos antes de las 4 para enviar mi paquete y me pidieron forro manilla con el argumento que "así es con nosotros" y "seguridad de tu paquete" lo que me molesto fue su tono, es tu primera vez verdad? mi paquete venía forrado así he entregado en otras sucursales y así manejo mis envíos y no había tenido tema, encima me mandaron a una papelería a forrar carísimo. Pésima actitud.
