Luego de días, aparece con el estatus que "ya está disponible en ventanilla y lleve mi INE". Osease que si no estoy al pendiente, nadie me informa. Qué pasó con el mensajero? No conoce la colonia donde vivo? Está muy cerca. O contratan gente que se hace pasar oor mensajeros y no hacen su trabajo?.. no tengo ninguna notificación en mi domicilio, NUNCA LLEGÓ. No salí de casa por estar esperando al "mensajero"... Esa paraestatales deberían desaparecer, no sirve, PÉSIMO SERVICIO y no es gratis, uno paga, así que uno puede exigir!! ??? Terrible service. Mi paquete se envió ocurre a esta oficina, desde hace una semana saben que está en el Centro de Distribución (llegó hace dos semanas) y no son capaces de comunicarse delante del usuario para saber qué pasa o cuándo lo envían, cuando llega un envío con tres avisos dicen que no están obligados a dejar el primero, en la siguiente visita dejan uno que dice segundo y tercer aviso y ya hay que ir a recoger n oficina o loenvían de vuelta, es una actitud de "hágale como quiera."
