Ellos deberían enseñarles sobre atención al cliente a los que trabajan en Palacio.

Quisiera hacer un comentario sobre el manejo de los envíos, ya que últimamente mis paquetes llegan rotos , el ultimo paquete iba hacer un regalo pero con la caja de envoltura rota, ya no se podrá obsequiar, por que aunque me envíen el articulo bien empacado este llega roto de tal manera que la envoltura del mismo articulo llega también roto. Espero que puedan hacer algo al respecto. Por su atención. muchas gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es la mejor, es algo lenta pero sigue siendo muy económica y el 90% de mis paquetes los dejan en mi casa. A comparación de otros estados este es muchísimo más rápido, los paquetes EMS del extranjero llegan en menos de una semana y ningún paquete ha durado más de un mes. Tiene fallas como el actualizar el sistema o cerrar antes de tiempo, pero de ahí incluso su servicio a clientes no es malo, ambos señores son amables.
It is not the best, it is somewhat slow but it is still very economical and 90% of my packages are left at home. Compared to other states this is much faster, EMS packages from abroad arrive in less than a week and no package has lasted more than a month. It has flaws like updating the system or closing prematurely, but from there even their customer service is not bad, both gentlemen are kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la página oficial de correos de mexico dicen que el horario de cierre es a las 4:30 pase por un paquete a las 3:28 y un empleado me comento que a las 3:30 se retiran que si queria podia esperar hasta que se desocupara me podia atender por que tenia mucho trabajo y pues lo espere hasta que me pudiera atender.
Mejor corrigieran su horario de atencion para que uno tome sus precauciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pagué envío plus, el cual indicaba que tardaría 4 días en llegar, hasta la fecha no ha llegado, llamé por teléfono y me comentaron que podría pasar por el paquete el día de hoy, pasé y resulta que ahora lo tenían en el carro que iba a repartir, mala administración y pésima atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejan de procesar trámites a las 3pm en punto, tomen nota y tiempo, lleven todo listo para el envío, datos, sobres, cajas, la atención al cliente es la más baja, no importa que sea económico, deberían de mejorar la atención al fin y al cabo estás pagando por un servicio. Para una persona que haya usado los servicios de Estafeta, DHL, etc, se puede dar una sorpresa en la atención, no esperen mucho.
