 They don't answer calls, you can't know when your package will arrive and it takes a long time to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está en el segundo piso, excelente atención por parte del personal, solo tal vez podrían poner una máquina que venda sobres o algo por el estilo para no dar doble vuelta.
It is on the second floor, excellent attention by the staff, just maybe they could put a machine that sells envelopes or something like that so as not to turn around twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio no pude enviar mi pantalla de celular, aparte tienes que llevar tu material (cinta, cutter, la caja y el relleno) porque te tienen que checar físicamente lo de adentro del paquete
Bad service I couldn't send my cell phone screen, besides you have to bring your material (tape, cutter, box and padding) because they have to physically check what's inside the package
