★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo 4-5 vueltas a la oficina para que no te entreguen el paquete, el cartero según viene al domicilio pero no es cierto. Me he quedado esperándolo. Sin mencionar que las instalaciones son un basurero. Parece un mercado de verduras.
Pésimo pésimo servicio. Absténganse de usarlo.
 How 4-5 returns to the office so that the package is not delivered, the postman as he comes to the home but it is not true. I've been waiting for it. Not to mention, the facility is a dump. It looks like a vegetable market.
Terrible terrible service. Please refrain from using it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Recibo al menos tres paquetes por mes y todo excelente. A veces no actualizan las guías pero como ya tengo calculado el tiempo acudo en cuanto se cumplen los días estipulados. El trato muy cordial, en general no tengo ninguna queja de esta oficina de correos.
Excellent service. I get at least three packages a month and everything is excellent. Sometimes they do not update the guides but since I have already calculated the time I go as soon as the stipulated days are fulfilled. The treatment is very cordial, in general I have no complaints about this post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal, nunca entregan los paquetes y llegue a las 3pm cuando se supone que cierran a las 4 pm y me dicen que el horario de atención de envío y recolección es de 8 am a 11 am por si van que se aen ese horario. Así se las andan gastando.
Super bad, they never deliver the packages and I arrive at 3pm when they are supposed to close at 4pm and they tell me that the shipping and collection hours are from 8 am to 11 am in case they go that time. This is how they spend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que nunca pensé decir esto de un correos de México pero el señor encargado de ahí es un tipazo, siempre trae buena actitud y te atiende muy amablemente, incluso hay ocasiones que hace de más para ayudarte y si traes algo mal te explica y te da tiempo para que lo corrijas y puedas enviar y/o recibir sin problemas. Sé que todos los correos de México tienen malos comentarios pero yo creo que depende mucho de los encargados de cada sucursal, la de aquí mis respetos!
The truth is that I never thought to say this about a post office from Mexico but the man in charge there is a great guy, he always brings a good attitude and attends you very kindly, there are even times that he does more to help you and if you bring something wrong he explains and It gives you time to correct it and you can send and / or receive without problems. I know that all emails from Mexico have bad comments but I think it depends a lot on the managers of each branch, the one here, my respects!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se por que tan bajas reviews, yo uso sus servicios bastante (al menos 10 envios a la semana) tanto para enviar como para recibir y jamas me han quedado mal, los encargados de esta sucursal son muy buenos ^-^.Tarda 1-2 semanas maximo en llegar paquetes
I do not know why so low reviews, I use their services a lot (at least 10 shipments a week) both to send and to receive and they have never been bad, the managers of this branch are very good ^ - ^. It takes 1- 2 weeks maximum for packages to arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puro haciéndose wey ahí, te hablan mal y te piden hasta tu cartilla de vacunacion. Peor correo, yo no pedí que me enviaranpor ahí, son un chiste. El lugar sucio.
Pure being wey there, they talk to you badly and ask you even for your vaccination card. Worst mail, I didn't ask to be sent over there, they're a joke. The dirty place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le tuve que poner 1 estrella porque no se podía poner 0. Envié un paquete de Ciudad satélite, Monterrey a la colonia Cumbres.....lleva ya 1 mes y medio y todavía no lo entregan!!!! Dice que está en sucursal Valle Verde y con mensajero para entrega desde hace 1semana y media. Increíble, seguro que ya me lo perdieron!
I had to give it 1 star because it couldn't be 0. I sent a package from Ciudad Satelite, Monterrey to the Cumbres neighborhood ..... it has been going on for 1 month and a half and they still haven't delivered it !!!! It says that it has been at the Valle Verde branch and with a courier for delivery for 1 and a half weeks. Incredible, surely they already lost it to me!
