★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de paqueteria, mi envio era a domicilio y el mensajero nunca llego fue un problema localizar mi paquete ya que no sabia en que sucursal lo tenian y en el tel de servicio al cliente jamaz contesto un ejecutivo solo la grabadora dando las opciones del menu y al momento que acudi a ventanilla a recijer mi paquete la empleada sin cubrebocas, y de nuy mal humor un trato muy malo
Terrible parcel service, my delivery was at home and the courier never arrived it was a problem to locate my package since I did not know in which branch they had it and at the customer service phone jamaz an executive answered only the recorder giving the menu options And the moment I went to the window to receive my package, the employee without a mask, and in a very bad mood, a very bad treatment
