★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion por parte de los servidores publicos que ahi laboran, envios tardados y en pesimas condiciones tanto de embalaje como de recepcio y con el riesgo latente que te lo den por perdido ya que en una ocasion hice una compra en china y tardo 7 meses en llegarme el paquete todo por que correos de mexico sucursal macuspana no se digno a entregarme el paquete y puso como excuso domicilio no encontrado dado que nunca fueron a visitarme a mi domicilio y ellos basicamente querian robarse mi paquete, lo pude recuperar gracias ah que estuve insistiendo por 2 dias seguidos en las oficinas y ellos me decian que no lo tenian siendo que habia llegado desde hace 2 meses atras en conlusion son una bola de rateros
Very poor attention from the public servers that work there, late shipments and in very poor conditions of both packaging and reception and with the latent risk that they will give you up for lost since on one occasion I made a purchase in China and it took 7 months in I got the package all because mails from mexico Macuspana branch did not deign to deliver the package and made an excuse not found address since they never came to visit me and they basically wanted to steal my package, I was able to recover it thanks to that I was insisting For 2 days in a row at the offices and they told me that they did not have it since it had arrived for 2 months ago, in conclusion they are a thieves' ball
