★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio, fui a que me dieran informes sobre un paquete y poder localizarlo y la encargada de ventanilla ni siquiera me pidió el número de guía o escribió nada y me digo que no te in nada sin si quiera haber bu sacado la información, además con una risa burlona me decía que no tenía internet para que no hiciera el trabajo que le corresponde que era localizar el paquete, ella muy despota y con cero amabilidad le fue a llamarle al jefe de correos porque mientras le explicaba me decía que yo no entendí dia lo que me decía. Este supo de personas debería estar fuera de ventanillas ya que no saben tener una pizca de servicio al cliente y solo se les paga para no hacer nada. Tuve que ir a otra oficina donde me atendieron de mejor manera. Si pudiera les daría -5 estrellas.
