Terrible attention, they charge what they feel like and they don't give you a receipt it seems they are doing us the favor. APPALLING!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cobran la tarifa nacional, en la página aparece que ya entregaron el paquete y que en mi casa hasta firmaron cuando no es verdad y terminan entregando días después.
They do not charge the national rate, on the page it appears that they have already delivered the package and that in my house they even signed when it is not true and end up delivering days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal se supone q aqui dice q cierran alas 5 y vas a las 4 y ya esta cerrado y vas a las 3 y te dicen q ya no ay servicio q asta el siguente dia cuando en otros lugares atienden asta las 7 y luego si quieres cancelar algun envio te dicen q no se puede mientras en otros lugares si lo hacen de verdad q q mala atencion
Fatal is supposed to say that here they close 5 wings and you go at 4 and it is already closed and you go at 3 and they tell you that there is no longer any service until the next day when in other places they attend until 7 and then if you want to cancel Some shipment tell you that you can not while in other places if they do it really qq bad attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen normas para realizar los envíos que no piden en ninguna otra oficina. Son muy exigentes en trámites simples. Si vas a pedir informes te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor (a decir verdad siempre te tratan así)… no se la compliquen, si necesitan hacer un envío por sepomex, mejor vayan a la oficina de uriangato
They have rules for making shipments that they do not ask for in any other office. They are very demanding in simple procedures. If you are going to ask for reports, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor (to tell the truth, they always treat you like that) ... do not complicate it, if you need to send a shipment through Sepomex, better go to the uriangato office
