La atención es buena, directa y super amable. Las instalaciones son demasiado incómodas y obsoletas. No hay espacio suficiente para los clientes. Si vas a enviar paquetes, estos deben estar forrados con papel manila, SI o SI, y la dirección escrita a mano, ya que no imprimen etiquetas como en los servicios de primera. Es común ver gente forrando en el reducido espacio reservado para clientes. Si tú paquete va fuera de México, no cierres tu paquete, ya que te pedirán que muestres que hay en el, ya allí lo terminas de cortar y cerrar. De nada sirve que vayas a averiguar información sobre tu paquete, te van a decir lo mismo que vez en la página de seguimiento de Correos de México, es mejor que llames a atención a clientes. No mencionan cuando será abierto de nuevo pero dan otras opciones de sucursal con teléfonos de contacto, habría que llamar para verificar. I visited the mail service on Dec 15, 2020 and it was closed for maintenance. They do not mention when it will be open again but they give other branch options with contact numbers, you would have to call to verify.
