★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, son groseros. Me tienen dando vueltas por toda la bahía por un paquete que por sus huevos no me quicieron entregar. Tuve que pedir reembolso en la página donde lo pedí.
Prefiero pagar 200 pesos en una paquete ría que si sepa y pueda hacer su trabajo correctamente.
 Terrible service, they are rude. They have me circling the whole bay for a package that they didn't want to deliver for their eggs. I had to ask for reimbursement on the page where I requested it.
I prefer to pay 200 pesos in a package that if you know and can do your job correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lío poder saber información, nadie sabe nada, nunca responden al teléfono, tengo ya más de una semana esperando un paquete y con mi código de rastreo solo me indica que sigue en oficina postal de la Ciudad de México y se supone que Mexpost que es más "rápido", me enviaron un paquete al día siguiente de la misma ubicación por SEPOMEX y ya me llegó, otra situación es que no entiendo por qué no tienen servicio a domicilio y hay que acudir si o si a las oficinas de Bucerías para el caso de Mexpost o San Juan SEPOMEX, en San Juan el día sábado se encuentra cerrado cuando dice que también tiene servicio ese día.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overall bad experience with Correos de Mexico. And for the icing on the cake, I was told to pay M$ 120 to pick up my packages without explanation of what the cost was for and no receipt was given. Too bad I was in a rush, otherwise I would have demanded answers. If I have to pay then the package should be DELIVERED. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, terrible hours (4pm close and they often just randomly close early), terrible delivery drivers, never answer their phones. Sounds like a typical government office where nobody cares. Use UPS/DHL for important packages.
