Desde que vivía cerca de esa zona tenía problemas porque el cartero no entregaba los paquetes y si vas a la sucursal te ponen mil pretextos para no resolver tu situación.
Envié un paquete desde el extranjero, ya va más de un mes y no lo han entregado al domicilio a donde lo envié y no dan solución.
Si tienen oportunidad de evitar usar esta sucursal, ¡Háganlo! El servicio es nefasto.
 One star is too much for the service they offer.
Since I lived near that area I had problems because the postman did not deliver the packages and if you go to the branch they give you a thousand excuses for not solving your situation.
I sent a package from abroad, it has been going on for more than a month and they have not delivered it to the address where I sent it and there is no solution.
If you have a chance to avoid using this branch, please do so! The service is dire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron muy bien y me dieron indicaciones sobre mi paquete, es una sucursal grande por lo que, aunque se llene, despachan rápido.
They treated me very well and gave me instructions about my package, it is a large branch so, even if it is full, they dispatch quickly.

Terrible service, bad treatment by the lady in the afternoon. In addition to delivering notices to pick up packages with Saturday hours until 2pm and they do not open. They just waste time hdsptm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He realizado por lo menos 50 envíos en sobres burbuja por Correos de México, en esta sucursal no me los aceptaron. No vayan son unos groseros, y no se ajustan a las reglas del correo en línea sino a los que ellos por usos y costumbres tienen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here for over 1 hour waiting for it to open I understand it's a holiday and hours might be different but make that it's close or follow the weekend hours now I need to hope that they don't come in for a couple minutes send my package out and then close please be more professional it's costing people money very very disrespectful I feel they don't deserve any ⭐
