★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar nos dijeron que no tenían Internet (que en las tardes casi nunca tenían Internet), por lo que no podrían cotizar y mucho menos enviar el paquete. Que lo más que podían hacer era vendernos estampillas (para un paquete de 1kg a US).
Además, los empleados no tenían idea de las tarifas de envío. Solo tenían unas tablas en papel que no lograron entender.
Ningún cliente además de mí y ninguno de los tres empleados que había pudo enviar mi paquete.
 When they arrived, they told us that they did not have Internet (that in the evenings they almost never had Internet), so they could not quote, let alone send the package. That the most they could do was sell us stamps (for a package of 1kg to US).
In addition, the employees had no idea of the shipping rates. They only had some tables on paper that they could not understand.
No customer besides me and none of the three employees who had been able to send my package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llegué 4:55, pasé y estaba abierto. Busqué lugar y en esos 3 minutos cuando llego a la oficina me encuentro con que ya está cerrado. Le pregunto al que estaba en la puerta que por qué estaba cerrado si no eran las 05:30 pm. Y me responde -No, ya son las 05:30- y ve su reloj.
Le dije que no es cierto que apenas eran las 05 pm y me responde - Ahhhh es que no, el horario que aparece en internet está mal.
En verdad no puedo creer que sea un servicio tan nefasto y cierren a la hora que quieran.
Terrible service. I arrived 4:55, I passed and it was open. I looked for place and in those 3 minutes when I arrive at the office I find that it is already closed. I ask the one at the door why it was closed if it was not 05:30 pm. And he answers me, it's already 05: 30- and he sees his watch.
I told him that it is not true that it was barely 05:00 and he answered me - Ahhhh, no, the schedule that appears on the internet is wrong.
I really can not believe that it is such a nefarious service and close at the time you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente ineficiente, lamentablemente un pésimo servicio a nivel nacional. (ojo, no solo está sucursal) tiempos de entrega interminables, pésimo rastreo, pésimo servicio y atención.
Totally inefficient, unfortunately a lousy service nationwide. (eye, not only is there a branch) endless delivery times, lousy tracking, lousy service and attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal trato. Siempre están en su plática y atienden groseramente a los usuarios del servicio. Actualicen su información, dice que está abierto el 31 de diciembre y está cerrado!!!!
Very bad treatment. They are always in their conversation and rudely serve the users of the service. Update your information, it says it is open on December 31 and is closed !!!!
