 lousy service i sent documents to usa they told me 20 already ban 2 months and the documents don't arrive and they don't even answer i paid 600 pesos for a page....very important document

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo usando correos por años, para enviar y recibir correos con demasiada frecuencia y jamás han han fallado con un paquete; lo que si, hay que seguir las indicaciones adecuadamente, estás están pegadas ya sea en paquetería o envíos, pero las indicaciones están ahí! También siempre hay que tener tacto, comprender que es un servicio economico y fiable con personas que han hecho por años su trabajo.
I've been using couriers for years, sending and receiving mails far too often and they have never failed with a package; What if, you have to follow the indications properly, they are stuck either in parcels or shipments, but the indications are there! You also always have to be tactful, understand that it is an economical and reliable service with people who have done their work for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo atiende una persona y en día Lunes, no tienen protocolo ante la contingencia, la señorita que me atendió fue muy amable pero no tenía guantes ni observé que ocupara gel antibacterial después de cada persona que atendía y recibía dinero y paquetes. Lamento que no se les den los cuidados a su personal de atención. En el área habíamos muchos formados ninguno con su sana distancia. No había vigilancia me parece que no se le está poniendo atención a esa institución a pesar que se sigue usando mucho!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio siempre estuvo bien, hasta antes del 11/04/22, lleva tres días en que el mensajero tiene mi paquete y aún no lo trae, qué se supone pasa ahí?? Mínimo compongan su teléfono

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, el personal de mal humor, te abren todos los paquetes, se niegan a proporcionar información y a prestar el servicio, las personas duran horas esperando a que los atiendan y cuando faltan 5 minutos para las 2 hacen cierre de sistema y dicen que tenemos que esperar el siguiente turno.
Terrible attention, the staff in a bad mood, they open all the packages, they refuse to provide information and to provide the service, people spend hours waiting to be attended to and when there are 5 minutes left before 2 o'clock they close the system and say that we have to wait for the next turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servIcio, te atienden con demasiada lentitud y de mala manera, el área para los usuarios se ve limpia pero desde ahí puedes observar que las oficinas y el almacenaje de la paquetería tienen muy mala limpieza y pésima organización. En su página el servicio de rastreo me mostró un intento de entrega a domicilio con la leyenda "destinatario ausente" cuando fui a recoger el paquete me informaron que nunca salió de la oficina.
Terrible service, they serve you too slowly and in a bad way, the area for users looks clean but from there you can see that the offices and parcel storage are very poorly cleaned and poorly organized.
