★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE, yo no soy ni mamon, ni prepotente, ni mucho menos alguien a quien le guste ofender a las personas, pero esas senoras son incompetentes, groseras y mal educadas. No saben hacer su trabajo y en verdad que no vulevo a usar este servicio, una basura la experiencia, ellas no deberian de estar ahi y estoy seguro de que no soy el unico, MAL SERVCO Y NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO.
 HORRIBLE, I am not a sucker, nor arrogant, much less someone who likes to offend people, but those ladies are incompetent, rude and ill-mannered. They do not know how to do their job and the truth is that I will not use this service again, the experience is rubbish, they should not be there and I am sure that I am not the only one, BAD SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La envoltura de los paquetes a enviar deben ser con papel manila especificando remitente y destinatario con letra legible. Tiempo de envió nacional de 8 a 12 días opción económica. Uno concluye proceso registrando Número de guía con los datos del destinatario para agilizar el trabajo de ventanilla. Personal sin actitud de servicio ni empatia
The wrapping of the packages to be sent must be with manila paper specifying sender and recipient in legible handwriting. National shipping time of 8 to 12 days economic option. One concludes the process by registering the Guide Number with the recipient's data to speed up the counter work. Staff without service attitude or empathy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quienes esperen un paquete, tengan en cuenta que esta oficina entrega los paquetes hasta el viernes aun y si sus paquetes lleguen un lunes a la oficina de correos.
Si llega el lunes aparecerá en transito hasta el viernes y ahi se quedará todos esos días
Si no quieren hacer corajes les recomiendo planear para que cooincida el día :(
For those waiting for a package, please note that this office delivers packages until Friday even if your packages arrive at the post office on a Monday.
If it arrives on Monday it will appear in transit until Friday and it will stay there all those days
If you don't want to be angry, I recommend planning so that the day coincides :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio ,hay veces que se pierde el interés en los trabajos y x el tipo de sistema que tienen ,no me extrañaria que desaparezca este si se puede llamar servicio,no cuentan con sistema no checan si pueden entregar el producto y uno tiene la culpa lo barato sale caro ,en este caso darse mil vueltas sin que les importe.
Very bad service, there are times when you lose interest in the work and because of the type of system they have, I wouldn't be surprised if this disappears if you can call it a service, they don't have a system, they don't check if they can deliver the product and one is to blame cheap is expensive, in this case go around a thousand times without caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que atienden son muy groseras, es muy triste que te traten mal sin razón. Llegué con una hoja que me llegó a casa y me la aventaron diciendo que no tenía el pago realizado, pero no había línea de captura ni nada del estilo. Después de insistirles me dieron la línea de captura. Fui al banco en donde dijeron que esa línea de captura no funcionaba. Cuando regresé a correos me gritaron que no era su problema que en los bancos no aceptaran la línea de captura. Muy frustrante experiencia y muy mal trato en la oficina de correos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llevo más de medio mes esperando un paquete y cuando quiero que hablar por teléfono para una aclaración me dejan esperando HORAS.
No quiero sonar pesimista pero pienso que mi paquete esta perdido porque lleva MEDIO mes en el mismo centro de distribución.
Terrible service. I have been waiting for a package for more than half a month and when I want to talk on the phone for a clarification they leave me waiting for HOURS.
I don't want to sound pessimistic but I think my package is lost because it has been in the same distribution center for HALF a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca había tenido una mala experiencia hasta ahorita, el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Las señoras que están el mostrador te voltean los ojos cuando les das el número de pedido. Si no fuera porque mis paquetes llegan ahí de verdad que no iría, prefiero otras sucursales dónde los empleados si tienen una mínima noción de como es tratar a una persona.
I've never had a bad experience before, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The ladies at the counter roll their eyes at you when you give them your order number. If it weren't for the fact that my packages arrive there, I really wouldn't go, I prefer other branches where the employees do have a minimal notion of how it is to treat a person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mala actitud de una señora en específico. Me rechazaron todos mis envíos por que según tenía mucha cinta :/, siendo que en sus "reglas" ponen que asegures bien tu paquete. No estaba obstruyendo los datos ni mucho menos. En fin, piensen bien antes de ir a correos de México.
Terrible service, bad attitude of a specific lady. All my shipments were rejected because, according to what I had a lot of tape :/, being that in their "rules" they say that you insure your package well. It wasn't clogging up the data at all. Anyway, think carefully before going to the post office in Mexico.
