Cada envío que he llevado me ponen peros, aun así cuando sigo cada regla y protocolo, este es el peor personal que he conocido en toda mi vida.
 Terrible customer service, it seems they are doing you a favor instead of their job.
Every shipment I have taken they put buts on me, even so when I follow every rule and protocol, this is the worst staff I have ever met in my entire life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las mujeres de ahí te tratan de la peor manera, dan información equivocada, no tienen cambio, es un triunfo que te reciban un paquete para envío, muchos muchos requisitos. Y tratan los paquetes como basura. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Realice envíos desde esa sucursal y la verdad que el servicio al cliente es de lo peor. Primero, fueron muy groseros al darme su opinión que nunca pedí sobre las cosas que estaba enviando, solo eran fotos de famosos pero ellos empezaron a insultarlos solo porque no les caen bien, entiendo que no les gusten pero es incómodo y muy desagradable solo querer hacer un envió y tener que aguantar esas cosas. Segundo, siempre me estaban apurando, la primera vez creí que fue porque llegué a las 2:30 y decían que permiten envíos hasta las 3, pero la segunda vez fui como a las 10 a.m. y de igual forma me estaba apurando cuando ni había nadie más que debieran atender. Tercero, yo siempre empacó mis cosas de la forma más cuidadosa para que nada se dañe en el trayecto, pero los que trabajan ahí siempre sacaban todo y no me dejaban acomodarlo para que todo fuera de forma segura, solo lo aventaban a la caja y lo encintaban sin permitir por lo menos el que yo lo acomodará, por tal razón un paquete me llego con detalles.
Nunca volveré a esa oficina, solo trabajan personas poco profesionales y que hacen pasar malos ratos.
Si tienen que hacer envíos por Correos de México, mejor vayan a la sucursal de Tlaquepaque, ahí si tienen un buen servicio.
TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Make shipments from that branch and the truth is that the customer service is the worst. First, they were very rude to give me their opinion that I never asked about the things I was sending, they were just pictures of celebrities but they started insulting them just because they don't like them, I understand that they don't like them but it's uncomfortable and very unpleasant just wanting to do a shipment and having to put up with those things. Second, they were always rushing me, the first time I thought it was because I arrived at 2:30 and they said they allow shipments until 3, but the second time I went around 10 a.m. And in the same way I was rushing when there was no one else who should attend. Third, I always packed my things in the most careful way so that nothing was damaged on the way, but those who work there always took everything out and did not let me arrange it so that everything was safe, they just threw it into the box and They taped without allowing at least the one that I will accommodate, for this reason a package arrived with details.
I will never go back to that office, only unprofessional and hard-working people work.
If you have to make shipments by Correos de México, better go to the Tlaquepaque branch, there if they have a good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio las viejas ponen todo tipo de peros para no revivir los paquetes estoy harta de que siempre ponen peros no sea un chico porq ahí hasta sonrientes hacen que uno regrese varias veces las cosas, pongan a alguien q quiera trabajar no personas mediocres q en la cara de uno dicen q ya están hartas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio del personal, si no les gusta como armaste el paquete, te regresan lo quieren hasta con moñito, son de lo más prepotentes, y a mi me llegan paquetes envueltos en puro plástico y uno no hace tanto problema por eso, en ninguna paqueteria son tan exijentes o mam&$#,.
Terrible service from the staff, if they don't like how you put together the package, they return it to you even with a bow tie, they are the most arrogant, and I receive packages wrapped in pure plastic and one doesn't make much of a problem for that, they are not in any parcel so demanding or mam&$#,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las señoras que laboral ahí son muy groseras, nada les parece, he gastado en dar una excelente imagen en mis paquetes, correspondiente a las exigencias de estas señoras y ni así se les da el gusto.
Sino les gusta su trabajo, deberían de cambiar a otro, no tenemos la culpa de su amargura. Tristemente es lo más cercano que me queda.
La empresa debería tomar acciones sobre éstas quejas.?
Terrible service, the ladies who work there are very rude, nothing seems to them, I have spent to give an excellent image in my packages, corresponding to the demands of these ladies and they don't even like it.
If they don't like their job, they should change to another, we are not to blame for their bitterness. Sadly it's the closest thing I have left.
The company should take action on these complaints.?
