Tenía otro paquete parado en la sucursal por más de 2 meses por la contingencia y no hubo ningún problema, me lo vinieron a dejar a mi casa ayer. Se supone que estas pagando por el envio y no tienes que ir a traerlo. Ese paquete tenía menos tiempo que el otro que me vinieron a dejar(aprox 1 mes)... mejoren el servicio porfavor. They are telling me to go get my package to the branch, if they will not return the package. I had another package stopped at the branch for more than 2 months due to the contingency and there was no problem, they came to drop me off at my house yesterday. You're supposed to be paying for the shipping and you don't have to go get it. That package had less time than the other that they came to leave me (approx 1 month) ... improve the service please.

Falta incrementar algunas cajas para entrega de paquetes para evitar anglomeración de usuarios y evitar contagios de covid19 Very good customer service. Yo voy con regularidad y siempre la señora tiene que salir con alguna queja nueva aún si el paquete va perfectamente envuelto. Ahora no puedo llevar más de 1 paquete porque ya no me los quiere recibir. Les pongo una estrella porque es lo mínimo y porque correos es una empresa con muchos años pero sus empleados los peores. Terrible attention. If you don't want to work then quit. I go regularly and the lady always has to come up with a new complaint even if the package is perfectly wrapped. Now I cannot carry more than 1 package because he no longer wants to receive them. I give them a star because it is the minimum and because the Post Office is a company with many years but its employees the worst.

Cuando apareció lo hizo como entregado a una persona y domicilio desconocido. No hay número de atención a clientes que funcione. Se tuvo que ir a la sucursal de origen en dónde confirmaron que lo habían entregado e iban a investigar. Un día después aparece un empleado con el paquete en el domicilio de recepción para decir que por error se puso como entregado pero que estaba en la oficina. Obvio: pensaban quedarselo porque el contenido era café y despedía su fuerte aroma. Ni por error volvería a usar este pésimo servicio. Avoid using Mexpost. It is an unfortunate experience. There is no timely tracking of the shipment's journey. When it appeared it did so as delivered to an unknown person and address. There is no working customer service number. They had to go to the branch of origin where they confirmed that they had delivered it and were going to investigate. A day later an employee appears with the package at the reception address to say that it was mistakenly set as delivered but that it was in the office. Obvious: they planned to keep it because the content was brown and gave off its strong aroma. Not by mistake would I use this terrible service again.

Hoy en día recibo y compro timbres postales, sobres y hojillas postales del interior de la república. Conocí a los funcionarios que trabajan ahí y desempeñan un excelente trabajo aunque el servicio es a veces caprichoso a la hora de entregar o llegar un paquete tal. Les pido a los lectores que cuando estén en una situación tanto en enviar como recibir algún producto por este medio sean pacientes, ciertamente el servicio en lento pero seguro, hasta ahora no tengo quejas. ? No contestan los mensajes ni las llamadas. Ni hay una notificación afuera de cambio de horarios ni por este medio. Pésima atención, instalaciones obsoletas y anticuadas. Personal mediocre y poco atento. Terrible place, they change schedules, they close at the time they want and one who comes from outside stays without knowing why they close.
