L	Lucia Del Mar Rosas Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, su horario de atenciones menciona de lunes a viernes de 07:00 a 15:30, y hoy fui a enviar un paquete a las 13:30 y resulta q solo hacen envíos hasta la 13:00 horas y q hasta 15 :30 es horario de oficina, sin embargo en ninguna parte esta esa informacion ni en sus letreros deprimentes pegados en la puerta de entrada ni en su sitio oficial de internet, por lo que estan anunciando publicidad engañosa, ademas de la mala atencion q recibi del personal del sr. Rogelio Ramirez quien tuvo favoritismo ya q si estaban atendiendo y recibiendo el paquete de una señora q lo estaba envolviendo en ese momento pero a mi ya no me quiso recibir mi paquete.... Tuve q hacer uso de otro servicio de paqueteria siendo que siempre habia sido mi primera eleccion este servicio... Espero q mejoren y le den un buen servicio al cliente mejor del que yo recibi. D	Daniel Allens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was ever a way to add a negative (-5) stars, this Post Office would rate that. Talk about 100 years out of date. They are always closed for some reason. There is one bumbling worker at the counter, and he can't mail anything out for you, you have to be there when the main post master (head guy) is there and he's NEVER there. They are inept, they don't know what to charge for international shipping rates. I've mailed similar packages and the fee is always something different. Being this is Mexico, I've had packages lost and some take 2-3 months to get to their destination. Don't expect anyone to help you...PERIOD. Mexico is the worst country in the world I've been to that the people do not have any kind of customer service. Even for a third world country, Mexico's postal system is deplorable.
