★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron llegar una notificación sobre un paquete, hablo por teléfono y jamas contestan, voy a oficinas y se encuentra cerrado! Para que contratan gente en este lugar si jamas lo van a atender. Todos huevones y mal encarados. Pésimo.
They sent me a notification about a package, I talk on the phone and they never answer, I go to the offices and they are closed! Why do they hire people in this place if they are never going to serve him. All ballsy and badly faced. Appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, la señorita que me atendió muy amable, costos muy económicos y muy eficiente servicio de entrega, aunque el único detalle sería que tardó un par de días en salir mi paquete y en ser subido al sistema el número de guía, de ahí en fuera todo está bien, imagino que es por la tremenda cantidad de correos y paquetes que tienen que procesar y los pocos empleados que conforman la plantilla de trabajo del lugar
Excellent service, the lady who attended me very kind, very cheap costs and very efficient delivery service, although the only detail would be that it took a couple of days for my package to leave and the guide number to be uploaded to the system, from there on outside everything is fine, I imagine it is because of the tremendous amount of mail and packages they have to process and the few employees that make up the workforce of the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegó un paquete de US que me costó mucho trabajo localizar. El Sr. Pedro Cruz buscó mi paquete y me avisó cuando ya lo tenía para que pasara por él. A veces nos quejamos del servicio de correos, pero hay que reconocer a servidores públicos tan EFICIENTES y atentos :)
A US package arrived that I had a hard time locating. Mr. Pedro Cruz looked for my package and told me when I already had it to go through it. Sometimes we complain about the postal service, but we must recognize such efficient and attentive public servants :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me llegaron dos paquetes desde China y me costó casi 2 meses de localizar solo que un paquete lo pedí una semana después y cuando me lo trajeron a mi domicilio ya estaban los dos paquetes juntos, creo que a veces si tarda mucho en llegar y localizar pero es muy buena la protección del envío
Two packages arrived from China and it took me almost 2 months to locate only that one package I ordered a week later and when they brought it to my home the two packages were already together, I think sometimes if it takes a long time to arrive and locate but shipping protection is very good
