l	lachapis pilona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van varios paquetes que envio y cuando van a recojerlos la mujer que trabaja ahi esta como molesta y les dice que ni siquiera a entrado al pais o que todavia no llega, siendo que yo estoy revisando varias veces al dia el correo americano y el mexicano y me van diciendo donde estan mis paquetes si ya van a recojerlos es por que dice que ya estan ahi en esa sucursal. Como sea are mi queja conveniente, por que no estoy pagando como para que no agan su trabajo. There are several packages that I send and when they go to pick them up the woman who works there is as annoying and tells them that she has not even entered the country or that she has not yet arrived, being that I am checking the American and Mexican mail several times a day and They tell me where my packages are, if they are going to pick them up, it is because they say they are already there at that branch. Anyway, they are my convenient complaint, why am I not paying? they do their job.

Pésimo servicio. EVERYONE who works there is rude and just pouts at you. They should change staff or at least give them customer service training. Terrible service.

I	Izaya Hazama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de ayer me tope con un tipejo que decia ser su "supervisor " prepotente el tipo a mas no poder, se puso a discutir con una persona de tercera edad sobre las condiciones de envio de un paquete. En vez de dar sermones, deberia de dedicarse a capacitar a su personal en atención al cliente y tener claros los procesos de envio, ya que no me quizo aceptar mi paquete, cuando regreso la señora me comenta que todo lo que dijo el tipejo ese, no era necesario. Ponganse deacuerdo a ver que mentira van a hecharle al cliente, al menos para que se vean creible. Los paquetes siempre llegan tarde, maltratados y nunca dejan el papel de que fueron porque NUNCA FUERON, quieren que tu vayas a recogerlo. Con el tema de las normas sanitarias para el covid, como puede ser quesiendo una estancia de gobierno no cumpla ni con el minimo, no timan la temperatura, no hay gel antibacterial y el tapete estaba seco. Yesterday I ran into a guy who claimed to be his arrogant "supervisor" the guy who couldn't, he started arguing with an elderly person about the conditions for sending a package. Instead of giving sermons, he should dedicate himself to training his staff in customer service and be clear about the shipping processes, since I did not want to accept my package, when I return the lady tells me that everything the guy said, it was not necessary. Agree to see what lie they are going to make to the client, at least to make them look credible. The packages always arrive late, mistreated and they never leave the paper that they were because they NEVER WERE, they want you to go pick it up. With the issue of sanitary standards for covid, as it may be that being a government stay it does not meet the minimum, they do not cheat the temperature, there is no antibacterial gel and the mat was dry.
R	Radiant Ansel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy deplorable, hice un envió internacional y no sabia que iba a caer por correos de México, según fueron a mi departamento 2 veces (Nunca fue así) y me dejaron una carta para que un día marcado pudiera ir a recoger mi paquete. El día que ocurrió eso, NISIQUIERA habían visto la carta, ni para quien era, ni para que, ni nada y ya estaban de "uyyy no, todavía no llega", hasta que no me puse algo ostigon para que revisaran que mi paquete estaba allí, y efectivamente, una vez que revisaron, allí estaba. Muy deplorable, a personas así no les deberían de dar empleos con calibre de este tipo, y lo malo es que no hay sucursal de correos de México que no sea así, pero hasta ahorita ha sido de la peores experiencias, si pueden evitar a toda costa usar este servicio, háganlo.
