★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entregaron mi pedido a domicilio, la persona tiene que ir a recogerlo, no hacen la devolución del dinero por su servicio pesimo e incompleto, nunca contestan el 01800 de correos tampoco, en general es una basura de servicio
They did not deliver my order at home, the person has to go pick it up, they do not return the money due to their terrible and incomplete service, they never answer the 01800 email either, in general it is a rubbish service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supernice and awesome people with a great service. Wanted to send a package to Switzerland and they even provided me a suitable box for free. Only "negative" thing was that I had to buy the tape (20 pesos) but totally alright taking into account what they offered :) !
