★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo Quería comentar que yo mande un paquete a mi mamá a San Cristobal D.L. C.C que está ubicada en avenida Ignacio allende #3 barrio de la Merced. El paquete estaba disponible de entrega el 22 de octubre del 2019 y cuando mi mamá va ese día. Le dicen que su paquete todavía no está disponible le dieron muchas excusas etc.
Hasta hoy que fue otra vez y por fin llego octubre 29 del 2019 ,la caja está abierta del medio volvieron a pegarle cinta como si no hubiera pasado nada, las cosas que mande no estaban en la caja. Como es posible que eso pase mala experiencia nunca volveré a mandar ahí.?
 I just wanted to comment that I sent a package to my mother to San Cristobal D.L. C.C which is located on Avenida Ignacio Allende # 3 neighborhood of La Merced. The package was available for delivery on October 22, 2019 and when my mom goes that day. They tell him that his package is not yet available he was given many excuses etc.
Until today it was again and finally October 29, 2019 arrived, the box is open in the middle again hit tape as if nothing had happened, the things I sent were not in the box. As it is possible that this happens bad experience I will never send there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio la paquetería llega al destino de San Cristóbal y ellos no envían el paquete al domicilio, tardan meses ahí nose si lo hacen para y quedarse con los paquetes porque nunca llegan y ni los devuelven
Very bad service, the parcel arrives at the destination of San Cristóbal and they do not send the package to the home, it takes months there, I don't know if they do it to stop and keep the packages because they never arrive and nor do they return them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Últimamente e elegido está medio (correos de México) de envío y recepción de paquetería, con el fin de apoyar al servicio postal mexicano, sin embargo me he llevado varias decepciones. En el caso de correos de México ubicado en San Cristóbal de las casas, Chiapas existe un trato pésimo por parte del personal... Te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor cuando gracias a los envíos ellos comen... Que pena que tengan personal tan deficiente.
Lately, I have chosen this means (Mexico Post Office) for sending and receiving parcels, in order to support the Mexican postal service, however I have had several disappointments. In the case of the post office of Mexico located in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas there is a terrible treatment by the staff ... They treat you as if they were doing you a favor when thanks to the shipments they eat ... What a shame they have so poor staff.

They never deliver the packages. They stay with them many times. Terrible service.

Es un desmadre.
No hay información sencilla para evaluar tus envios.
No hay cajas, cinta adhesiva. Absolutamente nada. La informacion es poca o nula ya sea en la oficina o por la pagina web.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to bring packaging and make sure if you send a box internationally to bring it open so they can check what's in there. But overall it's an OK service, much cheaper than DHL of course.

They don't speak English, but when you arrive show them your letters/postcards and say what county your sending it to (in Spanish). They'll give you the total, you pay, and it's as simple as that.
