★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el sitio dice que cierran a la 1:00 PM los sabados, llegué a las 11:55 am y el lugar ya estaba cerrado. Y aunque estaban aun en el lugar, no quisieron atenderme. Que pena que nieguen el servicio en horario de trabajo.
On the site it says that they close at 1:00 PM on Saturdays, I arrived at 11:55 am and the place was already closed. And although they were still in the place, they did not want to help me. Too bad they deny the service during work hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He hecho más de 20 envíos y todos han llegado, como tal el personal de esta institución en particular es bueno, amable y me han ayudado con dudas y problemas. Pero la "empresa" como tal le falta mejor infraestructura logística para mejorar el servicio al cliente en la cuestión de tiempo y calidad del envío. Es sin duda algo donde el gobierno debe poner ojo, porque es el futuro y otras empresas se están comiendo el pastel. Gracias por el servicio pero sin duda se puede mejorar, al país entero le encantaría eso :)
I have made more than 20 shipments and all have arrived, as such the staff of this particular institution is good, friendly and they have helped me with questions and problems. But the "company" as such lacks better logistics infrastructure to improve customer service in terms of time and quality of shipping. It is without a doubt something the government should keep an eye on, because it is the future and other companies are eating the cake. Thanks for the service but it can certainly be improved, the whole country would love that :)
