★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se están tardando mucho en la entrega de correspondencia por falta de personal. El trato de los empleados es muy atento pero si les faltan más recursos para que tengan un lugar digno de trabajo y del mismo organismo. He estado en oficinas de correo de EEUU y astan mucho mejor que las nuestras en todos sentidos
 Mail delivery is taking a long time due to lack of staff. The treatment of the employees is very attentive but if they lack more resources so that they have a decent workplace and the same body. I have been to US post offices and they are much better than ours in every way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アメリカから荷物を出してから３週間が経過、地元の郵便局に届くも「３度、配達を試みたが不在だった」ということに勝手にされて（受け取り人のオフィスはの時間帯に営業中だったのに？）未だに荷物が届かない。
Monterreyメキシコの郵便局は職場崩壊しているのでしょうか？
荷物は郵便小包では無く UPS や Fedex で送る事をお勧めします。

I came at 12:15 in the afternoon and it's closed ? no wonder they don't deliver anything on time, they don't even work anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se organizan bien, hacen lo que quieren, pero solo 1 persona que trabaja ahi me atendió bien. El señor Angel es servicial y por él me entregaron mi pedido, es muy amable y trabajador y se preocupa por los clientes. Solo por él doy 5 estrellas
They are not well organized, they do what they want, but only 1 person who works there took good care of me. Mr. Angel is helpful and through him they delivered my order, he is very kind and hardworking and cares about the customers. Only for him I give 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que brindan es lamentable. En dos ocasiones me han enviado paquetería por parte de correos de México y en ninguna me la han ido a dejar a mi domicilio. Ellos no te avisan qué sucede con el paquete por lo que uno debe averiguar para ir, la actitud de las empleadas es grosera, apática y cero servicial.
The service they provide is appalling. On two occasions they have sent me parcels by the post office of Mexico and they have never left it at my home. They do not tell you what happens with the package so one must find out to go, the attitude of the employees is rude, apathetic and zero helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todas las veces que he ido a recoger paquetes no he tenido ningún inconveniente, el servicio es bueno y atienden rápido el problema no es de ellos sino que la página de correos a veces tarda mucho en aparecer los datos.
Of all the times I have gone to pick up packages I have not had any problems, the service is good and they attend quickly, the problem is not theirs, but that the post office page sometimes takes a long time to appear the data.
