★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Tratas de reclamar un paquete por el cual nunca te avisaron que había llegado a la sucursal y te contestan de la manera más prepotente, nunca lo llevaron a domicilio cuando el remitente pago el servicio extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio y atención. Aunque siempre hay gente ya que es el único servicio postal al rededor. además cuentan con servicio DHL Express. Se puede enviar paquetes, documentos,bpaquetes internacionales, asegurar tus paquetes y protegerlos, se pueden comprar cajas de resguardo y se puede hacer un rastreo vía internet de tu paquete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muchas personas desconocen que ahora correos es más servicio de paquetería y muy poco de correspondencia a como lo era en sus inicios, por lo tanto desconocen también que todo paquete que se va enviar además de ir embalado en alguna caja o cartón, también debe ir forrado con papel manila, además de que no se permite el envío de líquidos o cosas de cristal. En esta sucursal La atención es regular, no te informan los precios o las tarifas, creen que toda persona que va a enviar un paquete ya conoce esa información sin imaginar que muchos nunca han echo un envío por correos, el sistema nunca está actualizado para rastrear un envío, si llamas por teléfono la operadora te dice lo mismo que te dice la página de rastreo, en ocasiones ya recibieron el envío en subdestino y en el sistema nunca apareció la entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta es la peor sucursal con la que he tratado, en una ocasión no pude recibir mi paquete y acudí a recogerlo pero me dijeron que no podían dármelo porque lo tenía el cartero pero que dejará mi nombre con mi guía para que el lunes me lo dieran, llego el lunes y salieron con que me tenia que esperar a que el rastreo dijera “en ventanilla o con mensajero” para recoger mis cosas, lo recogí hasta dos dias después de que me trajeran dando vueltas y el día de hoy después de esperar 26 días desde que llegó a sucursal se me actualizó mi otro paquete diciendo que ya lo habían devuelto, aclaro que nunca se actualizo el estado del paquete para que lo pudiese recoger y no contestaban nunca al número que tienen registrado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus mensajeros “hacen como que van” a tu domicilio pero no es verdad, hay que estar atentos en la página de SEPOMEX e ir a recoger tu pedido en cuanto diga “Disponible en ventanilla”. Pésimo servicio, son un mal necesario para recibir algunos envíos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un servicio de paquetería económico, por lo mismo falta personal para atención. Pero en mi opinión es confiable. Es tardado. En esta sucursal una señorita amable y a la otra le falta más empatía con los clientes. No tiene señalamientos.
