E incluso no son para llamar a mi telefono que proporcione para saber si estoy o nó, o pedir como llegar. Y sobre todo, JAMAS!!! pasan al domicilio, solo me llegan la notificacion de la app "No entregado" y siempre tengo que ir hasta las oficinas por mi paquete y ademas tengo que esperar que te atiendan y eso porque me ha tocado que no hay nadie por adelante de mi, y aun asi tengo que esperar a que habran la puerta de madera con un pollo de jugete a un lado como timbre para atenderte.... Correos de Mexico es una Basura!! Y me quedo corto... Y es la mejor exprecion diplomatica para ser cordial... No sirve!!! Recojere mis ultimos paquetes que falta por llegar y ya no volvere a selecionarlo. Usare el servicio extrajero, ya que esa paqueria es mundial, esta en casi en todos los paises su servicio.... Información incompleta en la página web, el personal incapaz de explicar correctamente los requerimientos para que puedas hacer los envíos y no tengas que estar dando vueltas para comprar cosas que te hicieron falta porque no te habían dicho que eran necesarias. Compré 50 sobres burbuja de plástico en internet (porque nunca especificaron que necesitaban ser manila) para realizar envíos y resulta que no los puedo usar porque la señorita que recibe los envíos necesita hacer anotaciones en el sobre y si son de plástico su pluma no se ve, supongo que no conocen los sharpies. En lo que hice mi envío y envolvía mis paquetes (si, porque te hacen llegar con tus sobres o paquetes abiertos y después los tienes que envolver en papel manila aunque sea una caja nueva) regresaron a 2 personas porque les faltaban cosas que evidentemente no sabían que eran necesarias. Yo pienso que no podemos culpar a las dependencias del gobierno como tal, sino a las personas que trabajan ahí. Bye. They deserve the award for most inefficient service in Tampico. En mi experiencia el personal atiende rápido y es atento. Doy una estrella por que tengo que calificar pero sino daba menos 0 estrellas. A	Angely Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera darme menos, se lo daría, mi paquete llego hace casi un mes a tampico y marca que esta con repartidor para entrega a domicilio, 3 SEMANAS que según va, HOY marco que según fue a mi casa y nadie salió, ahí estuve absolutamente todo el día y nunca fueron, según fueron a las 4:10, que me voy a sucursal, y ahí estaba el paquete, si es que estaban en mi casa entregando no se como en menos de media hora ya estaba otra vez en sucursal metido en un cajón hasta el fondo, nadamas marcan que ya intentaron llevarlo para regresarlo, pesima atención y al final no me lo dieron porque esta marcado para domicilio.
