Ayer 23 de febrero Regice y nada, hoy 24 por la mañana y nada aun, lo estoy revisando casi a las 12:00 de la noche y la paguina me indica que mi paquete está desde el día 3 de febrero en ventanilla nmms tenfl desde el día 16 de enero esperando. Recuerden jamás, jamás usar correos de Mexico. Es mejor Estafeta, FedEx o cualquier otra línea de paqueteria For 24 days I was calling, checking the page, they did not answer the calls and the page told me that my package was still in customs, day after day I saw the page, one or even four times a day and it told me the same thing ... En cambio correos te hacen hechar muchas vueltas porque la app que usan de rastro no sirbe es una vil - M I E R D A A... Queria comprobarlo habia escuchado pero ya màs que comprovado para nunca màs hacer algo por correos ?? Terrible service, hire dhl or fedex pay a little more but it arrives safely and soon at your door. On the other hand, emails make you do a lot of laps because the app they use as a trace is not a vile one - M I E R D A A ... R	Raúl Alejandro Alamillo Arias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, creo, asumo y espero que se deba a la pandemia, antes daban un servicio decente y en caso de cualquier complicación se podía recoger el paquete, ahora me dicen que si o si es a domicilio pero nunca llega, les queda más fácil y barato que yo lo recoja pero me dicen que no es posible, que contradicción. Terrible service, I think, I assume and I hope that it is due to the pandemic, before they provided a decent service and in case of any complication the package could be picked up, now they tell me yes or if it is at home but it never arrives, it is easier for them and it's cheap for me to pick it up but they tell me it's not possible, what a contradiction.
