★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la persona encargada no sabe rastrear un paquete abren cuando quieren y no entregan a domicilio mejor enviarlo a Tula o Tlaxcoapan , recomiendo que cambien su personal por gente competente y con mejor actitud de servicio.
Le puse la estrella por qué no tenía opción , pero esto no merece nada de reconocimiento.

Las encargadas son amables y si te ayudan con las dudas que tienen.
Me explicaron que el cartero no va a ciertas zonas por qué no hay demanda, pero que hacen lo posible por ir a dejar el o los paquetes.
El señor cartero es una persona mayor, más sin embargo es muy amable y siempre da las entregas muy amable y sonriente.
Le doy 3 estrellas por qué correos de México tiene muy abandonada las instalaciones y no le dan buen mantenimiento al lugar.
Pero en lo demás si, son amables y me parece que hacen lo posible por dar un buen servicio.
