★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué pésimo servicio dan en la sucursal de Terán! Su horario de atención es de 8 a 2, el encargado de dar atención a los usuarios no cumple con los horarios, y aunque haya empleados en otras áreas nadie atiende porque el responsable no está.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, llevo meses esperando un paquete que salió de guanajuato, y justo hoy llega y que no me lo podian dar porque ya habian cerrado y justo estaba abierto y llegue antes del cierre como a las 3 y es una jalada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No llegan los paquetes a tiempo por qué a mí solo me rellena las cosillas por qué me dice ya con el paquetería para ir a entregar y al siguiente día igual y así me tubo varios días y tuve que ir por mi paquete y aún lo tenían ahí no estaba con el paquetería ni nada y ya iba a hacer su hora de cerrar la tienda y nunca estubo con en paquetería ya que había revisado la casilla ese mismo día y decía igual aparte es un pésimos servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me enviaron un libro desde Morelia hace dos semanas, en el portal de SEPOMEX dice que vaya está en la oficina de Terán desde el viernes pasado por la mañana, fui a preguntar a esta oficina por mi envío y no lo encuentran por ningún lado, voy a darlo por perdido y volveré a comprar el libro, además el trato fue grosero y poco empático.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO... no actualizan su inventario, la paqueteria dilata mas en llegar de la sucursal Tuxtla Teran a mi domicilio que lo que dilato en llegar desde Guanajuato.
AWFUL SERVICE... they don't update their inventory, the package takes longer to arrive from the Tuxtla Teran branch to my home than it takes to arrive from Guanajuato.
