Varias veces he tenido que venir por paquetería que supuestamente llevaron a domicilio y que jamás fueron. Terrible service, nothing of quality to the client or to a human being; They seem to hate the world, their work and themselves. Several times I had to come by parcel that they supposedly took home and never were.

Llevaba meses esperando un paquete, apenas ayer recibí la notificación, fui hoy a recogerlo y la señorita muy amablemente me dijo que ya lo había regresado al proveedor porque tenía con él más de 10 días, cosa que no se me informó en el momento. Terrible service.
