★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo un tiempo usando específicamente esa oficina y siempre que voy me resuelven todas mis dudas, son muy amables e incluso me han ayudado para ver por donde vienen mis paquetes. No sé si no contestan todas las llamadas, nunca he llamado pero cuando he ido los he visto contestar los teléfonos. Han entregado todos mis paquetes en buen estado, aunque siempre los entregan los sábados así que si lo quiero antes y no quiero esperar al fin de semana voy a recogerlo a la oficina y ya. A mi hasta ahora me han dado un muy buen servicio.
I have been using that office specifically for some time and whenever I go they solve all my doubts, they are very kind and they have even helped me to see where my packages come from. I do not know if they do not answer all the calls, I have never called but when I have gone I have seen them answer the phones. They have delivered all my packages in good condition, although they always deliver them on Saturdays so if I want it sooner and I don't want to wait for the weekend, I'll pick it up at the office and that's it. So far they have given me a very good service.

YO HE USADO ESE SERVICIO TRES VECES, LA PRIMERA VEZ BATALLÉ MAS DE UNA SEMANA PARA PODER RECUPERAR MI PAQUETE. LA SEGUNDA VEZ LA CAJA LLEGO ABIERTA; PARCHADA CON CINTA DE EMPACAR Y CON MIS COSAS ROTAS, LA TERCERA ERA UNA PARTE AUTOMOTRIZ Y LLEGO HECHA PEDAZOS. AL RECLAMAR LOS SEÑORES ME DIERON LA RESPUESTA MAS ESTUPIDA QUE NUNCA ESPERÉ "ESTE ES UN SERVICIO PESADO Y RUSTICO, NO PODEMOS SABE QUÉ SE ROMPE Y QUE NO; MEJOR USE OTRA PAQUETERÍA" VAYA GENTE BRUTA. QUE CONSTE QUE PONGO UNA ESTRELLA PARA PODER PUBLICAR MI COMENTARIO; SI NO FUERA NECESARIO, NI UNA ESTRELLA LES PONDRÍA.
THOSE WHO PUT 5 STARS, ARE PAID COMMENTS OR ARE THEY SAME WHO WANT TO REMOVE THE HITS. I HAVE USED THAT SERVICE THREE TIMES, THE FIRST TIME I BATTLE MORE THAN A WEEK TO BE ABLE TO RECOVER MY PACKAGE. THE SECOND TIME THE BOX ARRIVED OPEN; PATCHED WITH PACKING TAPE AND WITH MY BROKEN THINGS, THE THIRD WAS AN AUTOMOTIVE PART AND I ARRIVED IN PIECES. WHEN I COMPLAINED THE LORDS GIVEN ME THE MOST STUPID ANSWER THAT I NEVER EXPECTED "THIS IS A HEAVY AND RUSTIC SERVICE, WE CANNOT KNOW WHAT IS BREAKING AND WHAT IS NOT; BETTER USE ANOTHER PACKAGE" GO RUDE PEOPLE. FOR THE CONSISTENT THAT I PUT A STAR TO BE ABLE TO PUBLISH MY COMMENT; IF IT WERE NOT NECESSARY, NOT A STAR WOULD PUT THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi paquete llego hace semanas y no me lo han llevado a mi domicilio, fui a la sucursal y la tienen echa un asco, ni pudieron encontrar el paquete de tan desordenado que estaba todo, hasta la fecha no he sabido nada de mi paquete, ahí mismo me dijeron que ni siquiera tienen un teléfono que por eso no atienden las llamadas
Terrible service, my package arrived weeks ago and they haven't delivered it to my home, I went to the branch and they're disgusting, they couldn't even find the package, everything was so messy, to date I haven't heard from me package, right there they told me that they don't even have a phone that's why they don't answer calls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene más de 2 semanas que me enviaron un paquete y nada que llega a mi domicilio, marcas al número telefónico para informes y no contestan, fui a cd industrial y que el paquete está en tierra colorada y será enviado a mi domicilio cuando haya ruta cerca del domicilio ??♂️
It has been more than 2 weeks since they sent me a package and nothing has arrived at my address, I dial the telephone number for reports and they do not answer, I went to the industrial district and the package is in red land and will be sent to my address when there is a route nearby of the address ??♂️

¿Para qué dan un número telefónico si no van a responder?
Terrible service.

I call the phone and they don't answer. I've been trying every day and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un paquete que me enviaron desde el 26 de enero y hasta la fecha no me ha llegado. El último registro dice que fue devuelto a las oficinas por dirección incorrecta (?), cuando he usado la misma dirección con otros servicios de entrega y me han llegado perfectamente.
Para colmo, estoy tratando de comunicarme por teléfono con la oficina y no responden.
Pésimo servicio.
I have a package that was sent to me on January 26 and to date it has not arrived. The last record says that it was returned to the offices due to an incorrect address (?), when I have used the same address with other delivery services and they have arrived perfectly.
To top it off, I am trying to get on the phone with the office and they are not answering.
Terrible service.
