★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas que atienden en mostrador son muy atentas muy serviciales y nunca están de malas (me a tocado en otras oficinas) en lo personal prefiero venir asta acá a Tlahuac aparte que mis paquetes no tardan como en otras que pasan asta semanas en el metropolitano quedo muy satisfecha con esta oficina
The girls who serve at the counter are very attentive, very helpful and are never bad (I have been touched in other offices) personally I prefer to come here to Tlahuac apart from that my packages do not take as in others who spend up to weeks in the metropolitan I remain very satisfied with this office

The post office of Mexico is one of the most inefficient postal services in the world, I would not leave my package in their hands and they put the packages in sacks, WHERE DO MY TAXES GO? I have never seen one of their vans that they have for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los paquetes siempre llegan en buen estado y son cumplidos en tiempos. Pero las recepcionistas no siguen protocolos de sanidad, no usan cubrebocas en ningún momento y el gel no esta a la vista, se la pasan tomandose el café y platicando entre ellas y puedes estar 10 minutos esperando sin que ellas te presten atención. Ojalá tuvieran la responsabilidad cívica de protegerse para proteger a los demás ante está lamentable pandemia.
Packages always arrive in good condition and are delivered on time. But the receptionists do not follow health protocols, they do not wear masks at any time and the gel is not in sight, they spend their time drinking coffee and talking to each other and you can wait 10 minutes without them paying attention to you. I wish they had a civic responsibility to protect themselves to protect others from this unfortunate pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El jueves 3 acudí a esta oficina para recuperar el número de un envío realizado el martes 1, llegue alrededor de las 12 del día y no había quien te atendiera, tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos hasta que salió el personal de atención, si se meten a desayunar habían de avisar o cerrar y no tener a los clientes esperando y todavía te atienden de mala gana
On Thursday the 3rd I went to this office to retrieve the number of a shipment made on Tuesday the 1st, I arrived around 12 noon and there was no one to attend to you, I had to wait more than 30 minutes until the service staff came out, if they go in for breakfast they had to notify or close and not have customers waiting and they still serve you reluctantly
