★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan horas en responder vía telefónica, nunca me respondieron vía Facebook, el repartidor no se digno a tocar ni el timbre, y como si fuera poco la única opción que me dieron fue que lo volverían a enviar la semana próxima a pesar de que ya tiene bastante tiempo de retraso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables las personas encargadas, me resolvieron todas mis dudas y ayudaron a envolver mi pedido y me dijeron tipos de envíos y costos; por teléfono no contestan y no sabes que necesitas para el envío. Necesitas una caja, papel manila, llevar cinta adhesiva para que lo envuelvan allá todo después de la revisión.
The people in charge were very kind, they answered all my doubts and helped to wrap my order and they told me types of shipments and costs; They don't answer by phone and you don't know what you need for shipping. You need a box, manila paper, take adhesive tape to wrap everything there after the review.
