No llevan un control porque nunca encuentran los paquetes. Si pides un producto del extrajero tarda más de 2 meses en que te llegue si es que llega. El trato no es amable Terrible service, they never have a delivery man. The phone always dials busy (apparently they have it off the hook). Products arrive damaged. They don't keep a check because they never find the packages. If you order a product from abroad, it takes more than 2 months for it to arrive if it arrives. The treatment is not kind

Mientras que mi paquete salió de Londres en menos de una semana, estuvo varado en la aduana mexicana por ¡más de 6 meses! Y eso no es todo, el paquete tenía los sellos violados, los empaques de aire rotos, la caja completamente destrozada y ni siquiera se esforzaron por ocultarlo o repararlo, de milagro llegó. Una vergüenza por Correos de México, el peor servicio postal del mundo. Even though the office staff is quick and friendly, the postal service is a disgrace. While my package left London in less than a week, it was stranded in Mexican customs for over 6 months! And that's not all, the package had the seals violated, the air seals broken, the box completely destroyed and they did not even make an effort to hide it or repair it, miraculously it arrived. Shame on Correos de México, the worst postal service in the world.
M	Mich Razer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo utilizo siempre para mí negocio y funciona excelente no se comparan los precios con los de todas las demás paqueterías, jamás se ha perdido un paquete y la señora que me ha atendido ha Sido amable. Hay que darle una oportunidad. Ya mejor pago una empresa más cara porque con estos ratas me quede sin mis compras. Y la gente que trabaja en ese lugar perdieron las ganas de vivir hace mucho. Son unos ojetes. Terrible facilities, attention and service. Si cuentas con guía de envío lo mejor es monitorear el trayecto en la página de Internet y recoger tu paquete cuando llegue a la sucursal, aunque sea a domicilio, ya que se pueden tardar en entregas. E	Erick DIaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo uso mucho pero: Cierran muchos días , no contestan el teléfono, pierden algunos paquetes , y últimamente cobran como paquete los sobres y forzan a pagar envío registrado (en resumen cobran demás) aun que envíes un sobre con un par de tarjetas. I use it a lot but: They close many days, they don't answer the phone, they lose some packages, and lately they charge the envelopes as a package and force you to pay registered shipping (in short, they charge extra) even if you send an envelope with a couple of cards.
