★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo ¿para qué pagar un sueldo de un cartero que no puede ni bajarse a tocar la puerta para entregar un paquete y cree que con tocar la bocina es más que suficiente? O el hecho de pagar por un servicio del cual nunca en más de 20 intentos atienden la llamada, terrible servicio y los pedidos no llegan a tiempo. #DecepciónTotalCorreosDeMéxico

Y realmente su horario de servicio dice que es hasta las 12, pero igual ella comenta que solo recibe cierta cantidad de paquetes para salir a su hora .. a las 12
Que no puede hacer más.... Y además de llevar mi paquete prácticamente listo para enviar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace algunos años eran muy amables y súper serviciales, recibían y entregaban paquetes dentro del horario de servicio así fueran 3:59pm pero ahora son flojos y despotas, primero está el chisme y luego el trabajo, reciben y entregan paquetes cuando se les da la gana y sus instalaciones son bastante austeras. El único que sobresale y por mucho es el cartero, el señor es amable, servicial y agradable.
Some years ago they were very kind and super helpful, they received and delivered packages within service hours even if it was 3:59 pm but now they are lazy and despotic, first there is gossip and then work, they receive and deliver packages when they feel like it and its facilities are quite austere. The only one who stands out and by far is the postman, the man is kind, helpful and pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la “señorita” que atiende, siempre esta de malas, por cualquier pequeñes te regresa tus paquetes (los paquetes van armados a las reglas de correos de Mexico). Le preguntas porque no recibe el paquete y no da explicación solo por su mala gana no los recibe. En las otras sucursales no hemos tenido ningún problema como con esta !!
Terrible service from the "lady" who attends, she is always bad, for any little ones she returns your packages (the packages are armed to the postal rules of Mexico). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prefiero enviar de CDMX que aquí, llevo 5años usando el servicio y sin duda la peor oficina que he visitado.
La atención es muy grosera,la señora que atiende siempre de malas,con caras y no respeta el horario. Espero la reubiquen o la descansen ya que no valora su trabajo, entre mis vecinos todos se quejan, esta oficina la visitan muchos adultos mayores y no les brinda información clara,los hace dar muchas vueltas por no dar los detalles bien desde un inicio.
I prefer to send from CDMX than here, I have been using the service for 5 years and without a doubt the worst office I have visited.
The attention is very rude, the lady who always attends bad, with faces and does not respect the schedule. I hope they relocate her or rest her since she does not value her work, among my neighbors all complain, this office is visited by many older adults and it does not provide them with clear information, it makes them go around a lot for not giving the details well from the beginning.
