En mostrador, hay varias personas que tratan de atender de la mejor manera posible, aunque sí es necesario que, con clientes nuevos deben mejorar su forma de responder. Aunque las instrucciones para llevar un paquete estén claras en mostrador, hay gente que no tiene idea de cómo armar un paquete o carta, o de qué documentos llevar para recoger uno. Hay que recordar que no todo es viable para enviarse por ese medio ya que puede ser sujeto a daños que no son reembolsables, sin embargo, toda pérdida o retraso puede ser reportada y darle seguimiento desde la pagina de correos, en twitter y en facebook y todo se resuelve bien.
