★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A partir de julio cambió su horario y ya no abren los sábados por lo que para los trabajamos entre semana nos puede complicar ir a recoger algún paquete. Pero la atención es ágil y el personal amable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde la disque encargada del lugar una señora morena que se tiñe el cabello, mal encarada, van 3 ocasiones que no recibe paquetes inventandose reglas arbitrarias , mando recurrentemente tengo un negocio y es el único correos de México donde siempre esa señora se pone sus moños, si de por si correos de México tiene un servicio deficiente, con este tipo de gente deja mucho más que desear, pésimo servicio por parte de esta señora

Si tienen la oportunidad de mandarlo con otra empresa, háganlo.

Una señora disque güera flaca; siempre está de malas, desde que salió la grandiosa idea de qué hay que pagar los impuestos en el banco, esta señora se encargó de no enviarme la hoja con la línea de captura, me dijo “te presto el código de barras” que porque esa hoja era suya y cuando me puse a investigar en el sitio del gobierno de méxico claramente dice que te tienen que enviar el formulario impreso, de por si realizar el pago es una perdedera de tiempo porque ningún banco está capacitado para dicho pago pero bueno ese es otro tema, cuando por fin pude realizar el pago regrese y recoger mi paquete y le dije que para la próxima me enviara mi hoja impresa a lo que me contestó que eso no es cierto que no tienen porque darme ese formato, lo único que hice fue enseñarle el apartado donde dice que tienen que dame por obligación esa hoja, no me dijo nada solo me hizo cara y muy casualmente a la semana siguiente me llego otra boleta de pago de impuestos pero ahora si me llego con el formato impreso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pueden evitar esta oficina de correos háganlo a toda costa. Hay una señora con cabello pintado de rubio y morena que es súper grosera y te va a hacer la vida de cuadritos si es posible tanto como para dejar un paquete como para recoger un paquete. A mi me hizo dar tres vueltas para recoger un paquete que estaba a mi nombre! Poniendo cualquier excusa tonta que se le ocurría. Esta experiencia con esta oficina de correos me hizo nunca más querer usar correos de méxico, neta pagaré un extra por estafeta o lo que sea, esta pesadilla no quiero volver a vivirla nunca, espero no poner un pie nunca más aquí.
