Lo único que les falla es que frecuentemente hay fallas de sistema o de luz. Si les toca un día de esos, pueden pedir que les hagan el registro "manual", para no tener que regresar otro día (pero es pedirlo, porque rara vez lo ofrecen, te piden que vayas más tarde o al día siguiente) The service is good and fast, and they have a little more technology than other post offices. The only thing that fails them is that there are frequently system or light failures. If they have one of those days, they can ask them to do the "manual" registration, so they don't have to come back another day (but it is asking, because they rarely offer it, they ask you to go later or the next day)

Estoy de acuerdo que el servicio es económico a comparación de un DHL, ESTAFETA, etc. Pero la tarifa no es escusa para hacer mal el trabajo y tratar con pésima actitud a los cliente. Tengo prácticamente una semana que coloqué un sobre al extranjero, la persona que lo recibió le colocó una guía nacional (cosa que no es mi culpa) y he estado pidiendo que me den la guía con la que se fue el paquete y de todos los que trabajan ahí no se hace uno, todos me piden que marque a la media hora y no me resuelven nada. CERO RECOMENDABLE, SI PUEDEN EVITAR EL SERVICIO, SE AHORRARÁN UN DOLOR DE CABEZA. Terrible service. I agree that the service is economical compared to a DHL, ESTAFETA, etc. But the rate is not an excuse to do bad work and deal with bad attitude to customers. I have practically a week that I placed an envelope abroad, the person who received it placed a national guide (which is not my fault) and I have been asking to give me the guide with which the package went and all those who they work there, they do not make one, they all ask me to dial in half an hour and they do not solve anything. RECOMMENDED ZERO, IF THEY CAN AVOID THE SERVICE, A HEADACHE WILL BE SAVED.
D	David Villarreal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, todos están de malas siempre, tengo 6 años yendo a recoger paquetes ahí y siempre es lo mismo, tardan muchísimo en abrir los costales, te atienden de malas y te van a hacer dar 3 vueltas mínimo porque aunque tu paquete esté ahí desde hace 1 semana ellos se toman bastante tiempo en abrir los costales donde llegan los paquetes. Que pinche coraje siempre. Terrible service, everyone is always in a bad way, I have been going to collect packages there for 6 years and it is always the same, they take a long time to open the bags, they take care of you badly and they will make you do 3 laps minimum because even if your package is there from 1 week ago they take a long time to open the bags where the packages arrive. May I always have courage.

Siempre que me llevan un paquete a mi casa no dejan que mi familia lo reciba que por que necesito mostrar mi ife y pues yo trabajo. Qué pasa si ese paquete fuera para un menor? Te contestan de manera muy cortante y grosera. Deberían hacer cambio de personal con personas que en verdad se esfuerzan y respetan su trabajo. Pure rude and pedantic people serve you. Whenever they take a package to my house they don't let my family receive it because I need to show my ife and because I work. What if that package was for a minor? They answer you in a very curt and rude way. They should change personnel with people who really do their best and respect their work.
A	Antonio Orta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pocas muy pocas veces doy 5 ? mi experiencia fue muy grata, aunque no llevaba mis paquetes acordes a los lineamientos (nunca había usado correos de México), me corrigieron amablemente, me apoyaron a realizar bien mi paquete, la disposición de las personas fue por demás muy grata, lo de siempre no es la institución, es la gente que grato fue mi experiencia gracias y ojalá sirva para que otros cambien de opinión. Very rarely do I give 5 ? my experience was very pleasant, although I did not carry my packages according to the guidelines (I had never used mail from Mexico), they kindly corrected me, they supported me to make my package well, the disposition of the people was by other very pleasant, the usual is not the institution, it is the people that my experience was pleasant thanks and hopefully it will help others change their minds.
