El problema es que no te dan ticket y muchas veces te cobraban $4/6 pesos de mas, cambie de sucursal a la de valle verde y ahí llevo paquetes iguales a los que llevaba ahí, da el caso que ahí si me dan ticket y me cobran $40. Imagínense 20 clientes al día, la señora (normalmente me atendia la señora bety) que atiende ya se llevo su morrallita extra, otra que me aplicaban era que no tenían feria casi nunca y me debían 4 pesos, se los cobraba cuando volvía a ir pero aun así son puntos importantes, también la señora que estaba en ventanilla a la que le dicen “jefa” se la pasaba peleando con un encargado ahí, ojalá mejoren en ese aspecto. Otra ocasión en la página con el número de guía decía que el paquete fue robado pongo la denuncia en la página y literalmente borraron el número de guia y ya no aparecía nada. Con razón en otra ocasión no quisieron mandar un paquete desde USA ya que dijeron que correos de México es muy corrupto y con justa razón. Atienden con cara de enojados porque los molestas en su 'descanso', siendo que están en horario de trabajo y perciben un sueldo por hacerlo. Y siempre veo que le contestan feo a la gente que va y consulta algo para hacer su envío. Ojalá en esas instituciones de gobierno corrieran a quienes sólo van a tirar flojera y así esas personas aprenderán a valorar el tener un trabajo y hacerlo con ganas. El estacionamiento más cercano queda en Zuazua y Washington. Good service at affordable prices, yesterday it was open and they took great care of me.
