★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nada que ver con la sucursal que tienen en Nativitas; el chico que me atendió, Iván, me ayudó con todo, me facilitó muchísimo mi envío. Tienen cinta, pluma, todo.
el único downside es que no recibían pagos en tarjeta pero en verdad, diferencia abismal con el trato y la facilidad! Me encanta wtc.
 nothing to do with the branch they have in Nativitas; The guy who attended me, Iván, helped me with everything, made my shipment much easier. They have tape, pen, everything.
the only downside is that they did not receive card payments but in truth, abysmal difference with the treatment and the ease! I love wtc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan un gran servicio, envié paquetes y cartas a diferentes lugares y me aconsejaron maravillosamente. Si sigues las instrucciones de paquetería y no eres un prepotente que menos precia a los demás todo sale perfecto.
They give great service, I sent packages and letters to different places and they gave me wonderful advice. If you follow the parcel instructions and you are not an arrogant one who less appreciates others, everything works out perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según cierran a las 7, pero si llegas a las 3 ya está cerrado. Si tienes suerte de que alguien te vea, te dicen que vayas el día siguiente porque ya no volverán a abrir.
According to they close at 7, but if you arrive at 3 it is already closed. If you are lucky someone sees you, they tell you to go the next day because they will not open again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ineficiancia y burocracia al maximo - EXTREMA LENTITUD, hasta 45min para que despachen a 2 personas antes de mi.. La gerente es una funcionaria pedante y burócrata de lo peor !! ir ahi es un calvario, ve con mucha paciencia y trata de no desesperarte. La oficina moderna pero mal cuidada, hay unas luces que encienden y apagan cada par de segundos por un falso contacto, desde mas de un año, a nadie le importa.. triste lugar. Si quieren buena atención y amabilidad, vayan a otra oficina...
Inefficiency and bureaucracy to the maximum - EXTREME SLOWNESS, up to 45 minutes to dispatch 2 people before me... The manager is a pedantic official and the worst bureaucrat !! going there is an ordeal, go with a lot of patience and try not to despair. The modern but poorly maintained office, there are some lights that turn on and off every couple of seconds due to a false contact, for more than a year, nobody cares... sad place. If you want good attention and kindness, go to another office...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lento e ineficiente. Si nada más llevas tu envío y te vas, sales rápido, obviamente pagando exacto. En mi caso no tenían cambio de un billete de a 100, esperé 25 minutos para recibirlo y de no ser por otro cliente que traía efectivo, probablemente habría tardado más.
Slow and inefficient service. If you just take your shipment and leave, you leave quickly, obviously paying exactly. In my case they didn't have change for a 100 bill, I waited 25 minutes to receive it and if it hadn't been for another customer who brought cash, it probably would have taken longer.
