No sé cómo ha sido la experiencia de otros (siempre leo comentarios negativos), pero en mi caso ha sido estupenda: buenos precios, las empleadas son muy amables y atentas, y resuelven todas mis dudas; y jamás me han perdido un paquete. La señorita del mostrador me apoyó en las instrucciones y el procedimiento para envío de paquetes. Muy amable y atenta y hasta me ayudo a llenar los datos correspondientes al envío. Muy buena atención por parte de ella. El precio fue realmente muy barato y el paquete llegó en menos de 14 días a su destinatario. Solamente hay que arreglar un poco el sistema con el que trabajan porque su internet o su red si es un poco lenta y ahí es donde hacen sus capturas de envío. Como dato para quienes vayan a mandar algún paquete por primera vez: la caja necesita ser completamente lisa sin ningún tipo de logotipos o dibujos, en caso de que tenga algo de esto es necesario llevar papel amarillo para forrarlo ya que la señorita del mostrador haya inspeccionado el contenido del producto a enviar. Tienen que llegar al aparador con su caja abierta para que revisen el contenido de la caja y obviamente llevar su cinta, tijeras y papel.
