★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de comprar en el fraccionamiento primero pregunten a los vecinos que vivimos en él, te venden el concepto de cerrada sofisticada, con áreas verdes, control de acceso y alberca. Pero la verdad es que deja mucho que desear; la reja peatonal de la entrada siempre esta abierta, el cerco perimetral esta en mal estado y no tienen control de acceso a la alberca, las áreas verdes y jardines también se encuentran en mal estado, árboles caídos, secos, hoyos sin tapar, dicen que los vecinos no pagan y cuando compras la casa te cobran 2 años por adelantado de un servicio que prometieron y no están proporcionando.
