Los ribeye traían bastante grasa, no de marmoleado, no me molesta la grasa en si, pero era incomible, demasiado nervio. La carne estaba blanda pero no tenía sabor o textura añeja. Desde el empaquetado, la carne tenia demasiada agua.
Los new york estaban bastante duros, y con poco nervio. El sabor está bien para un corte normal.
I expected better quality to be aged cuts. Buy 2 ribeye and 2 new york. The ribeye had a lot of fat, not marbling, I don't mind the fat itself, but it was inedible, too much nerve. The meat was soft but had no stale taste or texture. From packaging, the meat had too much water.
The New Yorkers were quite tough, and with little nerve. The taste is fine for a normal cut.

Necesitan actualizar el horario de servicio de fin de semana, me confíe en que estaba correcto y estaba cerrado en sábado a las 7pm
