Te dejan esperando un par de horas para que al final no te contraten. Lo cierto es que si no le llenas el ojo a rh no pasas de los exámenes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente estoy muy molesto con la empresa, en el ámbito de lo profesional en su sistema de entrevistas. Fui primero a una entrevista con la gerente de RH y pase al siguiente filtro con el gerente de producción. Yo iba por el puesto de supervisor de producción y el gerente solo hablo conmigo 2 minutos vio en mi CV que se usar Autocad y me mandó a entrevista con una chica de su mando en otra área para otro puesto. Esta chica me comenta las actividades y horarios que son diferentes a las actividades a las que yo iba dirigido y el sueldo era menor al que me ofrecían como supervisor de producción. La verdad es que eso sí me molestó bastante y yo voy para un puesto por el cual estoy compitiendo y no se vale que te quieran cambiar de posición solo por saber usar un software y ni siquiera tuve una disculpa del gerente. Se lo que valgo como profesionista para que me falten al respeto de esa manera. sinceramente considero que si ya pasaste a un filtro para una posición no se vale que al momento te quieran cambiar la oferta por un puesto de menores prestaciones y además del que no te interesa participar. Tu vas por un puesto que se acomoda a tu perfil como profesionista y a tus pretensiones económicas. Y que al momento te lo cambien sin preguntarte o considerar tu opinión no se vale en lo absoluto.
Honestly, I am very upset with the company, in the professional field of its interview system. I went first to an interview with the HR manager and went on to the next filter with the production manager. I was going for the position of production supervisor and the manager only spoke to me for 2 minutes, he saw in my CV that I use Autocad and he sent me to an interview with a girl under his command in another area for another position. This girl tells me about the activities and schedules that are different from the activities I was directed to and the salary was less than that offered to me as a production supervisor. The truth is that that did bother me a lot and I am going for a position for which I am competing and it is not worth that they want to change your position just to know how to use a software and I did not even have an apology from the manager. I know what I am worth as a professional to be disrespected in that way. I sincerely believe that if you have already passed a filter for a position, it is not valid that at the moment they want to change the offer for a position with lower benefits and in addition to the one that you are not interested in participating. You are going for a position that suits your profile as a professional and your financial claims. And that at the moment they change it without asking you or considering your opinion is not worth at all.
