★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Las mejores corundas de Morelia! La corunda es un plato típico de Michoacán, las he probado de muchos tipos en distintos sitios pero éstas sin duda son las mejores. Mis favoritas son las de "ceniza" que son aplanadas y un sabor incomparable (recuerda mucho a un platillo judío de Kreplach) sin embargo, las más populares son las de "manteca" que aquí las preparan tan suaves y sabrosas que una vez que las pruebas te hace querer más. Una nota importante: Este no es un restaurante sino un sitio donde las cocinan y de ahí las sacan a un punto de venta en el mercado Revolución, mejor conocido como mercado San Juan, en el centro de Morelia, sin embargo, puedes comprar ahí para llevar. TIP: Llega temprano porque son tan deliciosas que se terminan muy pronto.
The best corundas of Morelia! The corunda is a typical dish of Michoacán, I have tried many types in different places but these are undoubtedly the best. My favorites are those of "ash" that are flattened and an incomparable flavor (reminiscent of a Jewish dish of Kreplach) however, the most popular are those of "manteca" that here prepare them so soft and tasty that once the Tests makes you want more. An important note: This is not a restaurant but a place where they cook them and from there they take them to a point of sale in the Mercado Revolución, better known as Mercado San Juan, in the center of Morelia, however, you can buy there to wear. TIP: Arrive early because they are so delicious that they end very soon.
