★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely thermal waters, jacuzzis and sauna for day guests or if you stay at the hotel. I'm not that fond of the private rooms for day guests. They could use a facelift. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. There are two good restaurants and everyone is friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to vacation especially with the family. Friendly place and very nice staff. The place is very clean and the pools are awesome especially the hot pool and sauna. Nice view, delicious food and ice cream, free parking, and excellent service. We’re going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best kept secrets in the area. Boutique hotel with thermal water pools, spa with natural steam room (from the thermal waters) and massages. Great for children too with several water slides. If you want a relaxing place to stay, this is it. Many of accommodations are suites with indoor private pools. Sit out on your private patio to enjoy a game with friends, read, stroll the property's gardens and sculptures. The staff is top notch and very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're delayed from getting our room because apparently the previous guests checked out late. No apologies given. Room 19, besides bein really tiny, is on the ground floor and is very noisy, you can hear all the water drainage from the upper floors at night. Plus we have the bad luck of having monkeys for guests on the floor above making all sorts of loud noises late into the night. Not worth $10/night let alone $150. Bad pillows & shower. Jacuzzi is too small. Should definitely not be described as a boutique hotel. However, the staff at the pool, temazcal & service area are phenomenal. So are the COVID protocols being implemented to perfection. Credit to the staff and owner. However to our Conde Nast crowd, sorry, it's a big PASS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with a good variety of thermal water pools, therapy jacuzzis and even Temazcal. The place is friendly, nice for families and couples. Only piece of advise is that they should have a loyalty program or to lower their prices.
Few rooms were built right behind the departments towers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day adult pass includes jacuzzis with different thematics that change according to the season. In my case, the jacuzzis were chocolate and apple cider vinegar. The hotel also has a herbal jacuzzi with rosemary, chamomile, bay leaf, etc, also a mineral water jacuzzi, a cryogenic therapy tub, and two adult only thermal water pools. My favorite thing was the temazcal, the Mexican sauna, with available showers to soak in before and after entering. There also are changing rooms for men and women, toilets and private showers.
The hotel has food service at the location with both snacks and Italian specialities. Finally, the gardens have chairs, hammocks and tables scattered around to chill and take in the sun.
